Product application:
Thiamethoxam is a new nicotinic insecticide developed by Novartis in 1991. Its mechanism of action is similar to that of imidacloprid, and it can selectively inhibit nicotinic acid acetylcholinesterase receptor in the central nervous system of insects, thus blocking the normal conduction of the central nervous system of insects and causing death of pests when they are paralyzed. It not only has poisoning activities of touch, stomach and endosorption, but also has higher activity, better safety, broader spectrum of insecticides, fast acting and long duration of efficacy, etc. It is a better species to replace those organophosphorus, carbamate and organochlorine insecticides with high toxicity to mammals, residue and environmental problems.
