Product application:
Tiamulin fumarate is a bacteriostatic antibiotic belonging to the truncated siderophore group, but it is also bactericidal against sensitive bacteria at very high concentrations. Like macrolide antibiotics, tamoxifen inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S subunit of the ribosome. It is used for the treatment of swine pneumonia caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and swine dysentery and hemodysentery caused by Actinobacillus mitis. As a feed additive for pigs, it can promote weight gain. It is also effective in chronic respiratory disease of chicken, Mycoplasma pneumonia of swine and staphylococcal synovitis of chicken.
