Product application:
D-(-)-tartaric acid has an irreplaceable role in food, medicine, chemical and light industries. In medicine, it is mostly used as a splitting agent or chiral source in the synthesis of products, such as D-glucose-glycerol-1,5-lactam and C-position o-diamine; in chemical industry, it can be used as a splitting agent because of the optical activity of the levitra; in food industry, its acidity is stronger than that of citric acid, which makes it an excellent food souring agent, and it can be used as a stabilizing agent and a preservative as well.
