Product application:
Ceftiofur sodium has a wide antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and some anaerobic bacteria, of which the comparison of Gram-positive bacteria with the first-generation cephalosporins is similar to or weaker than that of the first-generation cephalosporins, and it has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and Bartonella. It is mainly used for the treatment of respiratory diseases in horses, cattle, swine (infectious pleuropneumonia), sheep, pets, and infectious diseases in 1-day-old broilers. It is characterized by complete absorption by intramuscular injection and long elimination half-life.
