Product application: 
Food acidulant, important for antibacterial, antiseptic; acidity regulator, anti-heat oxidation additives, marinade promoter, spice. Fine chemical intermediates such as medicine and optical bleaching agent. It is used in the production of sodium dimercaptosuccinic acid, an antidote to poison, and iron rich iron for the treatment of anemia of small red blood cells. It is also used in the production of unsaturated polyester resin.
