Product application:
L-malic acid is used as an acidulant for refreshing beverages (such as lactobacillus drinks, milk drinks, soft drinks, cola), frozen foods (such as fruit punch, ice cream, etc.), processed foods (such as fruit wine, mayonnaise), color retainer, preservative and emulsion stabilizer for fruit beverages, and egg yolks. It is also used as a raw material for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dental cleansers, metal cleaners, coagulation inhibitors in the textile industry, and fluorescent whitening agents for polyester fibers.
