Aspartame is a kind of dipeptide synthesized by L-aspartic acid and L-phenylalanine (essential nutrients), which can be completely absorbed and metabolized by the human body, safe and reliable, with pure, cool and refreshing taste similar to sucrose, but the sweetness is 200 times as much as that of sugar, and the calorie is only 1/200 of sucrose, and it doesn't affect the blood glucose, and doesn't cause obesity, high blood pressure and coronary heart disease. By the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) identified as A (1) level of sweeteners, has been approved for use in more than 130 countries and regions in the world.
