Product application: 
Folic acid, also known as vitamin B9, is a water-soluble vitamin that promotes the maturation of young cells in the bone marrow. A deficiency of folic acid in humans can cause macrocytic anemia as well as leukopenia.  In recent years, studies have proved that folic acid is effective in preventing neural tube malformations in infants and young children.
